Braintree Village has partnered with Dropit to launch a FREE carry-to-car and home delivery shopping service
Offering guests a whole new level of convenience, Dropit is now available at Braintree Village!
Whether you want to enjoy a meal at one of our many restaurants, push the pram bag-free, or continue your day exploring without being weighed down — we’re here to do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
Each purchase that you make will be placed inside a security sealed eco-friendly Dropit bag, ready to collect at the end of your visit or be delivered to your home.
Get started by downloading the Dropit app and creating an account. From here, select your shopping location from the list and choose Collect-on-Site, Carry-to-Car or Home Delivery. It’s that simple — and available totally free!

Store-to Door delivery
With the Dropit delivery service, they’ll deliver all your bags to your chosen address the next day.
The service is available for destinations throughout mainland Great Britain, Monday to Friday. An ideal option for those looking to send their purchases to their home, hotel or office.
With delivery insurance to the value of £10,000*, we ensure your purchases are in safe hands from store to door. On the Dropit app, you’ll find the precise delivery cut-off time, so you know how long you have remaining until your last drop. Here you can also find the courier tracking link and status updates, so you’re always in the know! *T&Cs apply
Carry-to-Car
Dropit also offers guests the option to have their bags dropped off at their car before heading home.
Once you've finished shopping, notify Dropit via the app or following a link sent via SMS, then head to one of the designated Dropit parking slots in the North Entrance Car Park.
From here, simply contact Guest Services — by calling a number you will find in the Dropit parking space — and tell them which parking space you are in. A team member will bring all your shopping to your car.
Collect-on-Site
Collect-on-Site is ideal for those who want to explore all Braintree Village has to offer. When you’re ready to head home, simply let Dropit know by selecting 'Finished Dropping' on the app or following the link sent via SMS. Dropit will prepare everything for collection at Guest Services within 20 minutes of receiving your notification.
