If you are not shopping with us, but would like to use our car parks, payment for long stay parking can be made by phone or online. You can register and pay online with RingGo.
We have two toilet blocks located at the top and bottom of the Middle Mall of the centre. These both include baby-changing facilities and accessible toilets. The toilet block at the top of the Middle Mall is also our Changing Places location, equipped with an adult-sized changing bench and hoist.
Braintree Village has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. All of our accessible toilets have been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found at the top of the middle mall next to Bedeck, and at bottom of the middle mall next to Samsonite. Each toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, a wall mirror and the correct disposal facilities.
Hands-free shopping service Dropit is now available at Braintree Village, offering revolutionary carry-to-car or store-to-door shopping!
How does it work? Each purchase you make will be put inside a sealed, eco-friendly Dropit bag and you can choose to have it delivered to your car, home or ready to collect at the end of your trip – so you can enjoy your shopping trip without being weighed down.

We are dog friendly at Braintree Village, with furry guests welcomed in most of our stores. The stores that welcome well-behaved dogs into their premises are easily recognised by the dog-friendly icon in their window!

Opposite Braintree Village in Braintree Retail Park, you'll find a 12-screen Cineworld showing all the latest releases; as well the Namco Funscape complex, home to a fantastic ten-pin bowling complex, amusement arcade and soft play area.
Or perhaps a post-shopping splash is appealing? The Braintree Swimming & Fitness centre can be found within our South Car Park.

backpacks which are available to hire free of charge from our Guest Services Suite.
These sensory backpacks are particularly suited to our autistic guests and are packed full of items to assist children and adults and include:

We have a weekly quiet hour on Tuesdays between 10am to 11am. During this hour music will remain off in the centre, in many of our stores and tannoy announcements will be kept to a minimum. The quiet hour aims to create an inclusive and calmer atmosphere for guests who may find shopping stressful. Find out more >>
We offer free wheelchair hire for visitors. Please contact Guest Services for further details and to book our meet and greet service.
If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
SignLive is a Video Relay Service that allows our deaf and hard of hearing guests to connect with an online BSL Interpreter during opening hours. The BSL interpreter will talk to the member of staff you would like to connect with and sign their responses to you. The service can be accessed by scanning our SignLive QR code at the Guest Services Lounge. You can also access SignLive via the app or a web browser. Please ask a member of staff if you’d like to use SignLive.
