Polo Ralph Lauren: Stock Room Associates - Part Time

We are currently seeking individuals to join our retail team at Braintree Village.

The main aim of the role is to deliver effective stock management whilst driving the Company KPI's through the maintenance and availability of product.

Main Duties include:

  • Maintaining high standards of house keeping and presentation of merchandise at all times
  • Manage tasks energetically and effectively
  • Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely manner to ensure effective replenishment
  • Achieving sales by ensuring stock is processed in as efficient manner as possible by following floor first procedures
  • Demonstrate consistency for Model Store standards back of house
  • Executing Company customer service initiatives
  • Executing Company back of house initiatives
  • Ensuring that behaviour at all times complies with Health and Safety directives and policies
  • Communicating clearly and effectively and is able to build relationships with the front of house teams

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills:

  • Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with an interest in fashion
  • Be a good team player
  • Good verbal communication skills, actively listens and is able to build relationships with others
  • Open to learning and developing new skills
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment, juggle priorities effectively and resolve issues quickly
  • Computer and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
