All participants in our Share Your Thoughts free prize draw (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Conditions for entry
1 The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:
1.1 any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;
1.2 employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at:
1.3 any employees (and their family members) of Skyfii Group Pty Ltd
1.4 anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.
How to enter
2 To be eligible for the Land Securities Share Your Thoughts free prize draw, the participant must complete the Share Your Thoughts online survey and register at the end of the survey.
3 No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draws.
4 Each participant will only have one entry into the free prize draw.
5 Land Securities has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6 Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
The prize
7 The prize for the Share Your Thoughts free prize draw will be Ovation Retailers (ovationincentives.com) Incentives Digitial Voucher to the total value of £500.
8 The winner’s acceptance and use of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Ovation Incentives Digitial Voucher which are available at Landsec Survey Prize Draws (ovationincentives.com)
9 There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative, and no element of the prize is transferable. Each E Gift Card has 12 months validity from date of issue. You can check the expiry by entering it Landsec Survey Prize Draws (ovationincentives.com)
10 Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.
Selection of the winner and collecting prizes
11 There will only be one winner and one prize.
12 The free prize draw will run every quarter on an ongoing basis.
13 The winner will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified by email (using the details provided on the competition entry) within seven working days of the date on which the free prize draw closes.
14 In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 20 days of the draw closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner.
15 The surname and county of the winner may be published on a Landsec Shopping Centre website or social media channels.
16 The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided on the competition entry) and provided with a 10 Digit Reward Code. Land Securities shall provide more specific information about this when it sends notification of the win. 17 Land Securities’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18 Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
19 The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
20 The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
21 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
22 This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.
Use of data
23 By entering the competition you confirm that Land Securities may contact you using the information provided during the competition entry in accordance with the privacy policy found at https://www.landsec.com/policies/privacy-policy/visitors
24 Land Securities may also pass on the information to companies within its group of companies so they can contact participants by social media, email or SMS with details of developments and/or activities which may interest the participant.
25 Land Securities shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy
