Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.

• Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM and people development.

• Create an environment that the team thrive in and where your customers have an excellent experience.

• Enjoy what you do and show this to your team.

• Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room

• Management, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.

• Take pride in your store and the VM standards.

• Analysing trends and being proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.

• Completing administrative task in a timely manner always following company policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently.

• Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.

• Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.

• Understanding of retail KPI’s.
