Three beautiful dishes
Bill's has teamed up with best-selling cookery writer and nutritional therapist Madeleine Shaw to bring you a bespoke menu of seasonal vegetarian dishes.
Bursting with British flair and inspired by the seasons, three delicious dishes will be available in restaurant for six weeks only from 8th October.
Tempting light bites
Brunch-goers will be able to enjoy Madeleine’s pea pancakes with smashed avocado and herby poached eggs, watercress and a zingy lemon drizzle.
While those looking for a lighter lunch or dinner option will be tempted by Madeleine's miso roast sweet potato and ancient grain salad with baby kale, roasted pistachios, cranberries and lemon dressing.
